How to put up your new inflatable advertising rooftop balloons
Step 1. Unpack your parts and laydown on Base Mat. Keep Balloon Folded.
Step 2. Fill each Weight Bag, move into positon. 8 outside corners, 8 middles, 4 base mat and 4 Balloon Cup positions.
Step 3. Correctly connect the Blower Fan Inside the Cup to the Blower and onto your electrical connections.
Step 4. Attach Weight Bag to Cup D Links (bottom of globe)
Step 5. Attach Ropes to Secure Tie D Links. (top of glove)
Step 6. Turn on Blower Fan and inflate to 20 %
Step 7. Tie to Balloon to outside corner Weight Bags, Tie to middles Weight Bags.
Optional. Tie any optional Banner Signs to the belly before inflating to full.
Step 8. Inflate to 100% and adjust any vertical or sideways lean. Adjust ropes or Weight Bag positions.
Included are additional ropes. Please use the maximum points and fittings available. If weather forecasts are high or severe, pull down dismantle all inflatables.

What space do I need?
All you need is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 car parks wide ( 5m x 5m) clear space for your diagonal weight bag positions. The design allows very tight free space spans for typical roof and verandah situations. The weight combined is approx 26 kg. We suggest you use securely fitted cleats mounted to your surface roof or up to 100 kg weight bags or solid blocks. Ropes may also be tied to secure structures capable of such. There are plenty of tie off points included on the balloon.
This picture shows the final blown up design with magnificent coloring. Optional banners can be added very cheap.

How to Inflate
1 person installation tips
Its easy for a single person to inflate the rooftop balloon with the new '21 x' kit.
Step 1. All parts are included ready to use. Take out of the protective bag, fill up your weight bags and connect Blower Fan inside the door. Keep the Globe folded BUT in the desired inflated position.
Tip: layout your Base Mat with all the components.
Step 2. Move your filled Weight Bags (Optional) into position.
AND / OR
Step 2. Continued Correctly fit all Eyeplates into position.
Step 3. Connect the Blower Fan to the Cup (internally) by removing the front fan cover and putting the blower inside the cup, matching the arrow points refiting the fan cover.
Internal models
Internal models are now supplied as standard.
Remove the safety wire mesh from the blower, fit blower inside the cup and re-attach safety wire mesh.
Match fitting arrows alignment evenly.
Step 4. Attach (Optional) Weight Bags to the bottom globe CUP D Links (bottom of globe feet)
Step 5. Attach Ropes to the Secure Tie Down Points (top of globe)
Step 6. Turn on Blower Fan and inflate to 20%
Step 7. Tie Balloon to outside corner Weight Bags, Tie Middles to Weight Bags
Step 7 A. Optional: Tie any Banner Sign to the belly D Links before further inflation.
Step 8. Inflate to 100% and adjust any vertical or sideways lean, adjust Ropes or Weight Bags into correct positons.
Notes: The system is designed for simple up and down. You can move the globe into position during inflation.
ALSO
a) Tie the loose end of ropes to the (optional) weight bags or eyeplates.
How to Deflate
Deflation: To deflate your globe, you can turn off the Blower Fan, and, for quick deflation, open the Hook n Loop Doorway Panel.
Remove electrical connections.
Keep your Ropes and Weight Bags in position until the Globe is packed inside your Bag.
Untie any Weight Bags and remove.
