kits parts are included and pre assembled so you can begin your
business advertising instantly! The optional banner sign is attached
to any fix point (d link) D links are supplied every 500 mm apart,
top and bottom of belly rim.
Banner signs are easily attached. D links are evenly spaced along the advertising balloon for your ease and flexibility of banner sign placement.
Each D link tie point is reinforced stitched with tab panel.

Cup and Balloon
The lower one piece Cup and Balloon are reinforced stitched along each color or rib section. This special one piece design makes your product the stronger and withstands winds better. Secure weight bags keep the Cup in position. The fan is fitted inside for the best operation. Ensure your connections are covered and all electricals are safe from water etc.
Fabric and Joints
Extra care is taken to ensure the highest quality and strength of your product. Each joint, seam or overlay is carefully double or triple stitched. Reinforcing is added to stress points and your tie points are made for securing ropes and loads.
The material used is super strong and is designed for natural sepeage. If you feel air escaping through the material, this is normal for cold air inflatables from us. Our specifications are very high and we only use correctly specified materials.
Fabric joints (seams) are all double stitched with underlap seaming.
Belly points are also double stitched with overlapping seaming, underlap seaming and (every 500mm) reinforced for secure tie points.
Cup joining to spirals
Base Mat
A vinyl Base Mat is supplied with new kits. It includes corner and middle edge eyelets for pegging or tying down. This helps protect moisture or sharp roofing screw heads etc.
Blower Fan
The special blower fan used for a rooftop balloon is designed for constant use in normal conditions. It is shower proof design but you must ensure that water or any other electrical hazard is removed before after and during any use.
The blower fan is designed for external and internal fitted blower models
This blower is designed for both internal and external fitted filler / cup models.
What space do I need?
All you need is approximately 2 - 2 1/2 car parks wide ( 5m x 5m) clear space for your diagonal weight bag positions. The design allows very tight free space spans for typical roof and verandah situations. The weight combined is approx 26 kg. We suggest you use up to 100 kg weight bags or solid blocks. Ropes may also be tied to secure structures capable of such. There are plenty of tie off points included on the balloon.
This picture shows the final blown up design with magnificent coloring. Optional banners can be added very cheap.
